Winnie The Pooh & Friends Birthday Cake
This is cake that I made for a friend's 1st birthday. It is a 4 layer chocolate ganache cake covered with marshmallow fondant. The characters are all made of fondant and the tree trunk made with a pastillage recipe. It dries cracked so it gives it a tree trunk-type finish.
