They had a company wide potluck so this is my 1st cake I've taken to my new job. They loved it! The cake is covered in buttercream frosting and the mountain portion is covered in buttercream fondant on top of that. I used a silver luster dust with the pump brush I got on that for a metallic sheen. The penguins and fish are molded out of fondant/gumpaste (well fondant with less tylose powder than is needed for full gumpaste). The pond is white sparkle gel with sky blue color added. The snowballs around it are candies. The cake is all flat layers and the top I just used a giant cupcake pan for the basic shape and cut off some of it.
