Yellow one is lemon cake w/ lemon buttercream. Pink is vanilla cake w/ vanilla buttercream. Brown is butter cake w/ chocolate buttercream covered in chocolate fondant. I made these 6" one-layer cakes for a cake tasting with a bride and groom.
