Hello, Can someone plz let me know if i use stabilized whipped cream for decorating cupcakes (roses, dhalias, daisies) will it hold its shape? the only time I ever made stabilized whipped cream was for a Tiramisu, so I dont know how well it holds up. Its cupcakes for frinds with diabetes, so I thought whipped cream will have minimal amount of sugar. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you

Hello, I'm making my first wedding cake soon and I was wondering how much fondant will I need to cover the 8", 10" and 12" cake. my cakes are between 3"-4" tall. I ususally make small cakes and buy small packages of fondant, so I don't know how much would I need for this cake. Any info would be most appreciated. Marta
