Hi, I'm baking a cake for my older son's sixth birthday. I have tried out a cake with fondant for my younger son's birthday earlier this year. There were a couple of issues. 1. The recipe I used for the cake produced a very moist cake. My search online has led me to a few recipes that call for an instant pudding mix. Unfortunately, I can't find it in stores.
