Ahh the hot topic of pricing a cake, it just seems to usually bring on disagreements.....

I had mentioned it once to my husband months before our anniversary. ..and low and behold best hubby in the world surprised me with it...best gift ever!!
I believe you have to much sugar and not enough fat in your icing. ...if you post your recipe we could probably help more...how much of each do you use of sugar and fat?
