it is a recipe I found here on the site under fillings.  "Custard from pudding mix"  and it uses Instant pudding.
If I make the custard from pudding mix recipe, can I freeze any leftover custard to thaw and use at a later time?
What is the best way to freeze? Ziploc baggie? Air tight container?
After baking them, is it okay to freeze them for a day or two before icing them? Will they dry out or become stale?
