I have bought the Chocolate Fountain and Fondue Making wafers (from chocomaker) dark chocolate for my giant cupcake mold. Can anyone tell me if this type of chocolate will work and hold up for the bottom of the giant cupcake mold. I am using the Wilton giant cupcake pan. I'm worried that this "fountain" chocolate is not the same as the wilton wafers. Thanks for any advise.
