I know you will get great replies from our wonderful bakers but you can start by googlingflavored cream cheese frostingand you will get tons of great ideas!
You could use your own cake recipe for the "hot dogs" and these aren't pops but they are small "hot dogs" in "buns" and I suppose you could figure out how to put them on sticks!
