SPS is not a company, they are Single Plate Separators, and leah_s named 3 places you can buy from in her signature line. (she was also kind enough to make a tutorial on how to use them--for the benefit of all--all for free!)

mrs t:   More info about full sheets (I wrote this in another thread): A commercial Bun pan is 18" x 26" (outside measurement), and because they are tapered for nesting or making them stackable, the inside measurement is 16.5" x 24.5".   A commercial full sheet is 16" x 24". Yes, in your case, a board in the middle of a 6" high cake (at 3") and dowels in the lower layers (3" also).
