I actually had the same thing happen - so I will not renew my subscription.
I use a little white glue and it works well.
For Milk Chocolate it is 3 parts chocolate to 1 part heavy cream.
My clothing stream will spit a little also. I use distilled water and let it stream for about 5 minutes before I use it, that will usually take care of the problem.
That's exactly how I have done it, and it worked great!
Are you whipping it?
I only do ganache under fondant, most clients love it. I do let them know and every once and awhile I get someone, that would prefer buttercream, so I will switch for them.
Both are adorable! There is a tutorial for just about anything you want to make!
