Just try a couple of extras and see how they come out..mine are always fine. Let them thaw in the container on the counter.
Silhouette also offers the Portrait now, which is the new 8 inch cutting version, a bit cheaper than the Cameo..I am still using my SD, do lots of edible images, cookie bag toppers and boxes with it.    http://www.silhouetteamerica.com/silhouettePortrait.aspx   You might be able to find it a bit cheaper somewhere else.

I have the SD and am not familiar with the cameo cut settings, but I would play around in the light to medium patterned paper range, maybe someone else could give you the exact settings. I apply eis to fondant all the time. Here is how I do it. Take a brush, I usually use about a half inch one. Brush a small amount of water onto your fondant, which is already applied to the cookie. You are welcome, good luck!
Doesn't want much, does she And you are right, I wouldn't do it for any less, either. I think you are going to be hard pressed to find one stand that will accommodate 350 cupcakes. There are some traditional ones, mostly square that says they will hold 300, oh, here is one, 9 tiers that says it holds 364. I know it is not quite what you are looking for, but it does hold the required number.http://www.cupcakesnap.com/page/shop/24/If you go the other way, you are going...
This one doesn't have as many plates, but it is similar:http://www.balsacircle.com/Brand_New_6_Tier_Individual_Cake_Stand_p/g02b_cake_6t.htmAnd here is a place that will custom make one:http://www.crystalpalacecupcaketree.com/
