Nutella Filling

I've seen Nutella filling mentioned on several messages on this site. Can someone tell me how to make it? Or do you use it straight from the jar?

Thanks, I saw another mention of Nutella a few minutes ago, but still not sure if it is straight from the jar or if you add or do something to it before you put it on the cake....Can anyone help?

Hey guys

Yes you can defenitely use it out of the a ganache or i have whipped some cream and folded it in good!!!

That sounds wonderful. I'll try it next time I do a chocolate cake. I'm trying to add to my recipe collection and I see so many wonderful sounding fillings and cakes on here.. I ordered The Cake Bible and The Well Decorated Cake books and should be getting them tomorrow...I think they may have been some good investments because I have seen them mentioned on here often.

I had the cake bible for a while from the library and i absolutely love it
It is on my shopping list.
Did you get them from amazon
I never bought any books from amazon

I mixed the nutella with buttercream and it was really good as a filling.

I have mixed 1 jar of nutella with 1 package of cream cheese. It kinda makes the nutella flavor a little milder. It's really nice and creamy.
