I have a customer who would like some Wiggles cupcakes for her son's birthday. Any ideas??

I did a cake once with the wiggles theme. All they wanted was a swirl like their logo. In red yellow blue etc. You could do just a simple swirl in their colors on top of each cupcake.

What about frosting the cupcakes to look like Wags the dog and Dorothy? (like the Sesame Street characters cupcakes)
If the child likes Captain Feathersword, maybe a red and black cupcake with a feathersword iced on or done with color-flow or royal icing and stuck in the top. Or...
