Hi all,
I'm making a church out of rolled buttercream icing. I'm running out of time to have the cake ready and a crucial piece got destroyed. I had been giving the pieces at least 3 days to dry before handling, but I need to get this church made. Is there ANY WAY to speed this up? Thanks in advance....

The only thing I can think of that might help is to set up a small fan blowing in the direction of the piece? I have a small clip on fan that is attached to my work table and I use it to speed drying, crusting, etc.
