Edible Glitter

does anyone have any suggestions for using edible glitter? i saw a cake that had scrolls covered with the glitter, but the glitter was not on the rest of the cake? any ideas?

Maybe you could use a cake stencil. I've heard that some cake decorators make their own cake stencils. I've never tried it but its a thought.

I use it on my christmas cakes. Dry brushed over royal or fondant icing it gives a fantastic frosty look to the cake

I think edible glitter looks nice on princess cakes or fairytale cakes. Also...using it on Christmas cakes is a good idea. icon_smile.gif
