For those of you that have done chalkboard cakes, did you store it in the refrigerator? I'm worried about it getting wet after taking it out when it comes to room temp.

Thanks!!

I haven't done a chalkboard cake yet, but I do not store any of my fondant covered cakes in the fridge. Do you have a perishable filling or something?

I've done a chalkboard cake for my daughter and stored it in the fridge, I store all of my cakes in the fridge. There will be condensation as it comes to room temp, just don't touch the cake and it will be fine.
