Hi, could anyone tell me if there is a concentrated flavoring to simulate Kirsch liquor in the Black Forest cake?  I'd prefer to use a flavor instead of the real thing.

Sorry I don't know of any but wanted to say .....if it's due to the alchole content - flavoring use alchole.  Check out the ingredients - especially vanilla - & see that it has a rather high % so really, it doesn't help much to go w/extract instead of the real thing.  And...some of the alchole burns off - not as much as those 'old wives tales' said, but yes, some of it does.
