Hello everyone!

Lately I've been watching a lot of cake boss. I see them always using chocolate fudge and OMG it looks soo good! Does anyone have any tips on the best chocolate fudge icing or a recipe they don't mind sharing?

A lot of work but THE BEST EVER.   (Don't leave out the Godiva liqueur).

It is a very small amount in the big picture, and does not taste alcoholic, just fabulous.  Most extracts including vanilla and almond have a much higher alcohol content than liqueurs, so you are probably already using alcohol.  It would most likely still be awesome without it although I have never tried.

the chocolate frosting recipe on the back of the Hershey's Cocoa can is a delicious fudge frosting.  It does crust just like American buttercream.
