Hi!  Can someone tell me how they make these little bubbles?  Are they something you can buy?  They are too perfectly shaped to be hand-made.  Thank you!

Yes you can make them yourself.  Just roll out fondant, cut circles w/different sized round tips, then roll them in your palms.  Let them dry on a thick stack of paper towels.  If you want shine or pearl finish toss them w/petal dust after they have dried overnight.

yes what kakeladi said using the small ends of larger piping tips -- the circle ones -- like for example a #10 or something --

They're not hard to do.  I would sit in front of the tv and make them.  It's a mindless task :)  Roll the fondant to 1/4" (thickness of a cake board) and punch them out.  If you lightly dust the fondant you can 'stack' up the cuts in the tip until they come out the  top.  They will separate easily.  Then just roll them in your hand.  Any tip 1 through 10 will work depending on what size you want the pearl to be.

The large and medium look store bought, the tiny look like piped dots.
