I need to wrap about a 24" x 18" cake board in sky blue food safe paper. I cannot find any food safe foil rolls in sky blue. Have any of you heard of a place to buy it. Have you used regular wrapping paper before. I usually use colored fondant to cover my smaller round or square boards or Wilton fanci-foil for larger boards but can't find a light blue in the Wilton brand. Any suggestions?

Maybe a light blue plastic table cover from the Dollar Store or the party store would work.  You could use multiple layers to get the shade of blue you want.

Well, of course you could also cover the larger board with fondant, too.

If you use wrapping paper, you should cover that with some food safe cellophane for 2 reasons--any grease from icing would stain the paper and also absorb dyes from the paper.

I assume that the cake will be on its own cake board, so that provides a sufficient barrier for the cake, the real concern is the grease and icing contact.
