I have recently shifted to UK.I like to make the occasional cakes by myself. But I dnt really know much about icing. Back in India I used ready made cream that came in tetra pack that I just need to whip and it was done. Here I can't find the same, plus when I went through you tube for perfect recipe I got so confused as there are thousands of icing recipes. Now my requirement is easy icing recipe which tastes good and not too much buttery and sweet and which can hold cupcake swirls well in a sunny day. Oh and also want white color icing so that I can give my own specific coloring. Please help!
