Im making a 3 d jeep cherokee cake for 30 people. Im starting off woth a 11 by 15 pan. My template is 12 inches long and about 3 inches high. Is that too small for number of servings? Where can I get a bigger template? How do I make room for the lights? My cistomer wants 4 lights in front and 2 in the back?

You could try taking the template to a place that makes copies and enlarge the size on the copier.

12x3 sounds like a very short squat cherokee -- it'd be more like 12 x 6 -- according to your photo it's half as tall as it is long

just dig out a spot for the lights but the heat will affect the surrounding food, the cake & icing & fondant -- did you make a better template?

12x6 will be plenty of servings -- and is about the smallest size to keep it in proportion and serve enough --

are you there? did you make it?
