Hello.  I am trying fondant for the first time.  What do you suggest, that is easy to work with, not too sweet.  Thanks

Sorry your post does not make much sence....you want to make fondant but you don't want it to be sweet?  Sorry, but that is the nature of anything that is made with sugar as fondant is.  Fondant is basically the same as pie crust except it is made w/powdered sugar instead of flour.

As @kakeladi ‍ said, fondant is sweet because it is primarily sugar.  I always make my own marshmallow fondant using Liz Marek's LMF recipe.  If interested, enter Liz Marek's LMF Recipe in your search engine and it is very easy to find and she give detailed instructions.  If you do not want to make your fondant the first time, you can use Wilton because it is considerably cheaper than other brands and it works pretty well.  Not quite as tasty as some much more expensive brands (or LMF), but it does the job.
