Advice Needed!! Making Strawberry Shortcake In Advance

Cakers advice please! I need to make a fondant covered Strawberry Shortcake cake for this weekend. Customer will be serving it on Sunday but picking up on Saturday. Considering I need time to decorate it, it will be put together and decorated on Friday. My question is the whipped cream! I will be stablizing it with gelatin, but will it hold up this long? From Friday till serving on Sunday?
And yes, cake will be dammed and frosted in buttercream

Honestly, although I've never tried it, I would be concerned. The whipped cream should be fine, but it seems to me the strawberries would start to break down and bleed into the cream and the cake. That may not be a problem anyway. Hopefully someone else will have experience and can help.
