I'm a fan of gastronomy, I'm a rookie cook, I'm not going to deny it, so I'm here to ask some advice, I love the recipes that have to do with purees and I love to implement them in the dishes and different recipes, but I'm staying Without ideas, I would like to know how and when it would be well to implement the purees is the dishes and some aesthetic techniques. I hope you get some good advice.

I would like to make it with products that I can see in vegetable puree suppliers   I found many products of which they like to work.  I need some ideas or creative advice, thanks and greetings

I think you may have come to the wrong place, @Puree Vegetable.  We bake and decorate cakes and cupcakes.  Yes, we use vegetables and fruits in some of our cakes.  Perhaps someone else can be of more help.
