How Do I Get This White Effect

Hopefully the image posted .. see how the black window has white ish streaking on it. How would I replicate that?

Silver dust mixed with vodka would give the same effect, and light strokes using a paintbrush.

If you don't have silver just use light gray or white, thinned down with vodka.

Thanks guys! I wasn't sure if white coloring would show on black! I suppose I can test it out on some extra black first 

I do have silver dust but It isn't very bold but maybe I could mix it with the white ...

Edible art paints brand shows up on every color that I've tried.  And it doesn't get that cracked looked that I get with regular food coloring on fondant.

@Coffeelover77 ‍ , I have found the powdered white (or any other powdered color) mixed with alcohol to be more opaque than gel colors and it should work fine to add reflected light accents to your van windows.
