I will be making a tiered wedding cookie cake for the first time and am not sure how to best support it. It will be 3 tiers of chocolate chip cookie, 2 layers per tier and cream cheese frosting. The cake will be naked.  Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

What an interesting wedding 'cake' :)  Looking forward to see this creations.   Best to support them w/pillars and plates.  The pillars will go into the cookies, so you will loose 4 servings per tier.  Pick the shortest pillars you can find......don't know if they still produce 4" pillars but that would be the way to go - in my opinion.
