I am VERY new to cake decorating, but have fell in love! Hopefully some day I can quit my 9-5 desk job, and bake! I will keep dreaming for now..

Just wondering where everyone buys their bulk baking supplies, cocoa powder, flour, sugar, etc? I don't have any store near me at all that sells in bulk. www.webstaurantstore.com seems good, but shipping looks roughly to be $30-40 depending on what I might purchase.

Thank you!

My best suggestion if you are not near a bakery supplier: watch for pricing deals at your local supermarkets. They often run great sales, especially before holidays. Buy as much as you can, keeping in mind ingredient shelf-life, your available storage space, and how much you can reasonably use.

Many things I bought at Dawn Foods.  However, I could also buy at Aldi just as cheaply (and great quality) such as flour, sugar and eggs.
