Looking or a general all purpose cake recipe which will hold well with buttercream or fondant. In other words the perfect cake to begin with. Thanks

LOL, it is funny, Nezza31, but we had this discussion earlier today. I swear by Kakeladi's White Almond Sour Cream recipe and it is so easy to adapt to other flavors.
