Just wanted to share. I sold my very first cake. It was a graduation cake for my client's daughter. Vanilla butter cake with fudge frosting. I charged $35 and she insisted on giving me more and gave me $50!!!! She said it was amazing and so delish and all loved it! I'm so happy!
Was it a half sheet cake or a quarter sheet cake? Is it two layer or one layer cake?
Even $50.00 isn't enough for this cake, this is probably why she insisted on giving you more than $35.00.
Congrats! Looks very yummy! I was so happy when I sold my first cake too :)
And it happened the same, they ended up paying more than what I asked lol I guess we all suffer from the same problem with pricing when we start eheh
Very nicely done. As others have said, $50 is cheap for that. And the $35 you asked for is totally out of the ? though I can't tell what size the cake is. If it's only a 8x12, then o.k. but anything bigger should be no less than the $50
