Hi can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Every time I try to bake some macarons the top color always seem uneven.. like outside seemed burned but inside is not cooked? See pic attached

Bake one tray at a time in the middle rack . Use a 300F temperature , bake for 12-16 min. Check them at 12 min mark, 14 min mark and 16 min mark. They are ready when the top is firm . It won't jiggly or be loose. Dry the almond flour in your oven to remove excess oil. Maybe your almond flour is too oily. I hope this helps
