Hi can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Every time I try to bake some macarons the top color always seem uneven.. like outside seemed burned but inside is not cooked? See pic attached Macarons

The pic didn't show up for me, but try lowering the temp, or moving them down a rack.

Bake one tray at a time in the middle rack . Use a 300F temperature , bake for 12-16 min. Check them at 12 min mark, 14 min mark and 16 min mark. They are ready when the top is firm . It won't jiggly or be loose. Dry the almond flour in your oven to remove excess oil. Maybe your almond flour is too oily. I hope this helps
