I accidentally left some marshmallow fondant in the car (around 60-85 degrees). It looks and feels the same and nothing seems to be separated or anything like that. But is it still okay to use?

How long was it exposed to high temps?   I usually use the smell test - if it smells o.k. take a small taste.  If th ose are good I'd say use it.

There is really nothing in marshmallow fondant which is especially subject to spoiling.  If your degrees are fahrenheit, 60 to 85 degrees should not have caused a problem unless it was left exposed for days.
