Can I mix mascarpone cheese into my IMBC? If yes how much?
i would like to offer cheese fillings (ie. cream cheese and mascarpone) but hate American buttercream. I've thought about adding them to my IMBC but have always been hesitant. That's a lot of ingredients and costly ones at that to mess up!
