Bakers I need help/suggestions please!!
I need to make a cake super moist like a carrot/pineapple cake but with just rhubarb!!
Any suggestions/advice/help please??
Why not follow the recipe you use for carrot cake but sub the rhubarb..........and maybe increace the sugar as it is rather sour :)
A quick google search produced many, many recipes but most of them were for upside down types. But try a search and see what you think is best for your needs.
I searched google before posting here and didn't turn up anything helpful. That is why I asked the community here. Often better than google
