I've been asked to do 75 to 100 cupcakes for a friends high school graduation party.  They want me to present them with ideas. When decorating for a high school graduation would we use the high school colors and mascot or the colleges colors and mascot?

I do HS colors because they haven't graduated from college yet,but you can do which ever you want, approval from the client of course

I do HS colors as well, but I have seen some with both...HS on one tier, college on the other....sheet cakes with half HS, half college colors.

High school.  The celebration is the hs graduation. So that is what you decorate. If you're not sure, ask the parents /hosts of the party. It's most likely to be hs.
