Flavor Emulsions

I've read that emulsions are heat resistant flavors which makes them ideal for baking.  My question is, do these flavors need refrigeration?

I never refrigerated the ones I used.  They are stronger than extracts so use sparingly.

The ones we use at my work aren't refrigerated.
