Newbie here.  How do I calculate the percentage of flavour to add to a cake, say for example a 1 pound cake, for example.  Let's say it is exactly 454 grams.  The flavor manufacturer says, "add 1% to 5% of usage".  1% of the weight would be 4.54 grs.
