Hi Everyone...

Yes... It's me... again!

My friend's wedding cake is due on April 2nd. It will be fondant covered (white). She wants a different decoration on each tier, so I will be piping on top of the fondant. Specifically, one tier will have swirls, one fill have dots, and one will have a band of fondant around it with a plaque with their last-name initial.

What medium do you guys/gals suggest for the overpiping? Royal icing? I want it to be very nice and neat. Clean looking.

Any suggestions will be considered and very much appreciated!

Thanks much! (((Hugs!)))

I'm a b'cream person.   That's what I would use.  BUT........if you can get your royal to the right consistency for piping & are used to using it,  it could be a bit better.......since working w/b'cream on fondant could pose a problem if you  make any mistake.  Trying to scrape/wipe it off will leave a shiny spot :(   Cleaning off "woops" in royal is a bit easier - just let it dry and gently scrape/pick it off.
