Super Thick Glaze For Cake...recipe?

I need to make this cake for a customer and I have no idea how to make the glaze...it's so thick and holds it's shape....does anyone know how I can produce this glaze...??
confectioner's sugar and liquid -- i use lemon juice and a little milk -- if you need it super thick do several coats -- when you pour it on -- be confident and try to cover the majority of it the first pass -- use a wide container to pour from -- but this formula allows for touch ups just be quick about it
