Urgent! Can I Charge For A Wilton Giant Cupcake Mold Cupcake?

Or is it considered a "character" pan that you can't resell? I have a ton of requests coming in for them but I don't own the pan. If its something my business can sell then I'll most likely purchase the mold. Orders are pending my response to this question. Sorry this is repetitive of a previous thread started by me a couple days ago. I got no responses and I can't figure out how to delete it. Thanks!

I don't think that's considered a "character" pan.  When referring to the "character" cakes, they are usually talking Disney and some of the other carton characters that have become so popular.  I could be wrong, but I don't think so.  Have you tried calling/emailing Wilton to find out?

I doubt it's an issue....you could just as easily make the giant cupcake using standard pans.  It doesn't identify with any specific licensed character, so I'd say you're in the clear.
