PLEASE help me! I made black MMF with Wilton black color paste 4 days ago to get ahead. 2 days ago i tried to use it and it was so hard and broke apart easily. I read and seen how using glucose and water to soften it up. It sure is soft and sticky. I added more MMF to it but now its sticky and clumbly. I can't cover a cake with it. Ill try to attach a pic of it. PLEASE HELP. It sticks to counter top just from it resting on it.Black Mmf Sticky & Cracking, Elephant Skin

Have you tried adding a bit more sugar? I knead my MMF with a little shortening and grease the counter top well. How much black did you add? That may also have contributed to the stickiness. I use Americolor black, and use 1 full tbsp and let it rest for a few days.
