I have an order for a banana pudding cake. Every time I've tried to make just half the filling recipe I mess up something. So I'm wondering if I make the full recipe can I freeze the left over filling? How do I do it & how long will it Keep?

Most likely it will be fine but why not try a fzing small amount. Just plop a tablespoon or so on plastic wrap & fz. Not knowing your recipe it is hard to say for sure but I think there should be no problem. Frz your tablespoon for a couple of hrs or overnight before defrosting to see how it did.
