Sorry if it had already been asked but I've been searching and can't find the answer. What is everyone's favorite truffle mold I'm looking at purchasing fat daddios but wanted to ask about others first. What chocolate do you like best for the shells of truffles? Thanks everyone! !!!

Have you searched any threads over at the egullet baking and pastry forum? I have found great advice when it comes to chocolate, chocolate work, and equipment.
