I know there is suppose to be a way to adjust the paddle to be lower or higher in the bowl.  I can't remember where that screw is that does that!  Anyone know?  My paddle is just too far up and doesn't even come close to the bottom of the bowl!  Even with my scrape edge paddle!

On the tilt head ones, The screw is behind the bowl on the neck just under the tilting mechanism...
