I am baking, filling and crumb coating my daughter's wedding cake tiers for her wedding next month. I am going to freeze them until I am ready to thaw and stack for the wedding. Do I put the dowels in the individual tiers before I freeze them or do I wait until I thaw them?  Thanks!

I would wait til they are thawed , they will settle some . so if you dowel them before freezing them , I would think the dowels would be too tall once it thaws. I dowel mine right before I stack them.

Thank-you! That's what I will do.
