Has anyone seen the cakes by ronya_belova on Instagra, they are stunning.  Does anyone no where to purchase metallic spray she uses on chocolate?  Thanks

I don't think the color is sprayed on~it's too uniform. I think it's colored and if anything, the shine is sprayed on. Those cakes are absolutely gorgeous, but I'm not a fan of the real flowers and wires stuck in them.

@gbbaker ‍ I guess you would like to check out this video on youtube " Copper Sugarveil Bow" by SugarVeil Confectionery Icing. I hope this helps.

I'm thinking it's either straight up chocolate (chocolate sails) or modeling chocolate that has been dusted with metallic luster dust.  The oils in the chocolate grabs the dust better than gumpaste or fondant.  Don't forget there is also amazing lighting and probably a bit of photography magic there, too.  Rarely does a metallic cake look as good in person as it does in a styled photo.
