Hi!  I am looking for a great and used eggless vanilla cake recipe.  I used a recipe I found, but the cake came out crumbly.  I am looking for something that holds up well, and can make a dense cake enough to pipe on.  Any suggestions?  

It won't let me edit this... but I found a recipe that uses cake mix and soda... anyone tried this before?  Does it hold up and could it be carved?
