I do mainly cupcake towers but I have had alot of brides ask if I do donut towers with a cutting cake.

since I already have the tiered display stands for cupcakes and can do cutting cakes adding donuts as an option seems like a good thing to have.

Has anyone started offering donuts? If so do you make them yourself or buy from someone and just mark up the cost?

if you make your own are they alot of work or can tou refer me to a recipe?

I've made towers out of a few things/ Powdered donuts from Dunkin' Donuts is popular and so are macaron towers/ I typically use a foam cone from Michael's, wrap it in a foil (gold, silver, etc) then use toothpicks to secure the items, starting from the bottom up. There are plenty of good tutorials on this.
