Hello, I'm looking for a bigger, more powerful mixer than the 5L ones I currently use, i have been looking at some of the commercial 10l mixers, do any of you who run your business from home have a larger mixer and any advice for me looking to buy one of these?

Thanks in advance!

mixers are pretty sturdy creatures -- i love all of mine -- hobart is at the top of the line -- i have a 5 qt that needs to be repaired but i have had many kitchen aids i have a berkel 20 qt and a univex 12 qt --

webstaurant here online usually has some good deals on not well known brand mixers -- 10, 12, 20 quart -- you can get some good deals on new ones -- and used ones are usually just as good -- gotta decide if you want a heavy duty like for bread making or a regualr --- for cakes & icing regular -- for regularly making fondant heavy duty

you can get good deals on ebay too -- i've bought & sold there -- gotta be sharp --
